Wayfinding Partners is a Black Woman-owned & led consulting firm dedicated to individual, organizational, and community transformation. We partner with leaders in times of uncertainty and possibility, and approach all of our work with a holistic racial justice lens.

We partner with organizations to develop strategies that are equitable and adaptive, grounded in clear values, and fueled by an inclusive culture.

Individual & Team Coaching

We co-create 1:1 or group coaching journeys through our liberatory coaching model, helping you identify and nurture patterns of wellbeing and alignment.

Healing & Wellbeing Toward Liberation

We offer workshops and cohort experiences designed around the pursuit of individual and collective healing, vitality, fulfillment, and purpose. 

Field Building Partnerships

We connect with change makers and collectives interested in pursuing collective, liberatory impact—through research, convenings, program design and implementation, and more.

Wayfinding Partners is made up of a diverse team of passionate and innovative strategists, coaches, educators, facilitators, artists, and healers.

Each member of our team is essential to the success of our everyday engagements, and to our mission. To honor ourselves and pursue work in the most aligned, affirming way possible, we’ve embarked on an experiment in workplace liberation that will continue to each us new, life-giving ways for doing this work.
